Bird Safety Measures (Mandatory)
- Applies to all construction projects that use glass and include at least one of the four characteristics as outlined by the document.
- Project applicants are required to submit a bird collisions reduction plan for review and approval by the city. If the proposal is approved, the project can begin and must implement the plan.
- The proposal must include mandatory points and recommendations/regulations as outlined in parts A) Bird Collision Reduction Plan; B: Mandatory measures; C. Glazing treatments; D. Light Pollution; E: Bird Safety.
