Standards apply to buildings that have a floor area of 10,000 sq ft or more, are more than two (2) stories in height, and are located within, or adjacent to, open spaces that have open water or vegetation more than two (2) acres in size.
Façade requirement dictates that buildings must consist of at least 80% bird-safe glazing, beginning at ground level to a height of 60 ft.
